Clarksons Mobil fuels contract:
Project background: 2017 saw Clarksons take on the national distributors licence for Gilbarco, while also taking over the Gilbarco fuels workforce and service obligations across New Zealand. Clarksons focus then transferred to growing its newly established fuels division.
The Engagement: Kingfisher Group was engaged to work with the Clarksons leadership team to establish a bid strategy and value driven solution, construct the tender response based around Clarksons solution, along with formatting and design of the tender response.
The Outcome: Clarksons successfully secured the national maintenance contract for 119 Mobil service station sites across New Zealand and the contract went live mid-2017.
